With extensive education background in construction management, business administration and architectural drawings & management, Mr. Kim has shown his proven expertise in the building industry since 1990 on the west coast. States include; California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska just to name a few.
In addition, he possesses also many years of experience in the field of real estate investment and development consulting since the establishment of his own business including property purchasing, pulling plans and permits, construction leasing and sales.
Mr. Kim has successfully managed over $100 million in Federal, State and local contracts including these prestigious projects "The Highmark Condos, Federal Shopping Center" also "Federal Government Contractor for Military base on Kimberly Army Hospital, Newport Naval Hospital and Elison Air Force base. It's in 1991"
Edward Kim is also a licensed in real estate agent, general building construction and is a part of the executive housekeepers of the National Association.
